Process

How we work

One production pipeline, eight stages, the same standards for every channel.

  1. Audience research

Topics start from real search demand on YouTube, scored for usefulness, evergreen value and visual potential. Topics we have already covered are excluded automatically.

  2. Original script

A writer agent drafts a structured script for the channel's voice: a concrete hook, a clear arc and an honest payoff. Story channels write original characters and worlds.

  3. Fact-check

A separate verification agent checks factual claims against published sources, corrects overstated certainty and lists the sources behind key claims.

  4. Production

Narration, scene-by-scene visuals, music and subtitles are produced specifically for that video. Visuals are illustrations created for the scene, not footage taken from other creators.

  5. Packaging

Titles, descriptions, chapters and thumbnails are written to be accurate first and compelling second.

  6. Compliance & review

Automated checks block near-duplicate scripts, misleading phrasing and policy risks. A human producer approves every release before it is scheduled.

  7. Publishing

Videos are scheduled at a steady, sustainable cadence with captions and, where relevant, synthetic-content disclosure enabled.

  8. Learning loop

Watch-time and retention data feed back into topic and script decisions, so each channel improves for its audience over time.

AI policy

Where AI is used — and where it isn't.

AI assists with: topic research, script drafting, fact-check support, narration, illustrative visuals, captions, metadata and analytics.

Humans decide: channel strategy, editorial standards, and approval of every release.

We never: re-upload or recap other creators' videos or films, impersonate real people, fabricate quotes or present AI visuals as real archival footage.

Disclosure: realistic AI-generated visuals are disclosed with YouTube's altered or synthetic content setting and in the video description.
