Privacy Policy

This policy describes how 3EY Digital ("we") handles information on https://3eydigital.com and in the internal publishing application we operate for our own YouTube channels.

Website visitors

This website does not require accounts and does not sell personal data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and is retained for a limited period. Embedded videos are loaded from YouTube only after you press play, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.

Use of YouTube API Services

Our internal application uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos, set thumbnails and captions, and read analytics for channels owned and operated by 3EY Digital. By using it, authorised users agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• Data accessed: channel identifier, video metadata we create, and aggregated channel/video analytics (views, watch time, average view percentage, likes, subscribers gained).
• Purpose: publishing our own content and improving future videos. Data is not shared with or sold to third parties and is not used for advertising.
• Storage: OAuth tokens and analytics are stored on our own server with restricted access. Analytics are refreshed at least every 30 days and deleted when no longer needed.
• Revocation: access can be revoked at any time via Google security settings; stored tokens are then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. YouTube may set cookies once you start an embedded video.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you (including under GDPR and KVKK) by emailing yasin@ustaoglu.web.tr.
